Professional Experience:
With over 15 years of US Government service Attorney Butler was one of only
two tax advisors at the Internal Revenue Service in Bonn, Germany from
1992-1999. She was responsible for providing tax and treaty information
within a territory which included well over 25 countries. Mrs. Butler has
given seminars for taxpayers and taught complex tax issues to experienced
tax professionals, as well as military personnel of all ranks. Prior to
working for the Internal Revenue Service she served as an Attorney-Advisor
with the US Department of the Treasury, and as Trial Attorney with the US
Departments of Justice and Labor.
Qualifications/Degrees Awarded
Admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and the District of Columbia.
